Ragtag Daily Post: Abstract

My art genre is Abstract Expressionism Surrealism.

I always enjoyed creating Collages but after an accident last spring I branched out into acrylic painting mostly as therapy. By being consistent in painting God opened even more extra doors for me to exhibit my artwork.

I’m Grateful and Thankful for God’s Blessings. The Bible says, Ask and you will Receive. I don’t believe in being a starving Artist. That’s a ridiculous idea. Therefore I’m asking that everyone who is able to please donate any amount great or small so that I can keep painting in 2019.

Here are some of the paintings that I created in 2018. My PayPal account is deborah.palmer280@gmail.com. Your donations also help me to be a better Caregiver to my brother Stephen who has Autism.

Thanks.

Tears at The Oasis

Tears at The Oasis

This painting is dedicated to the Mother of a 15 year old Son who has Autism. I wrote about our laundromat encounter on my writing Blog.

May this painting bring hope, comfort and encouragement to All Caregivers for family members who are special Needs or who developmental disabilities.

Here’s the Link to the companion Post.

For in Seeking Refuge They Find None

Tears Overflowing into Rivers of Sorrow

Abandoned….Left to fend for themselves

We Carry Our Loves, Each One Alone

While Others Cheer Far off in The Distance

Our afternoon along Pitkin Avenue

Stephen and I enjoyed a walkabout of eating, shopping and exploring Pitkin Avenue in Brownsville, Brooklyn.

Stephen Loves walking taking in the sights and sounds of wherever we happen to be.

We lunched at McDonald’s on Pitkin Avenue and took a look see at Petland. We didn’t find any suitable Christmas gifts for our cat Sylvester. Even though it was rainy, dreary and foggy we basked in the sunshine of Stephen smile. Wow!

Stephen is such a stupendous and outstanding Autism Guy that he brings the Sunshine on Cloudy days!
