    1. When Ms. Franklin first passed away a commuter had hand written Aretha above the Franklin Avenue signage. I suppose since then the MTA decided a Memorial/Tribute was in order so they put Respect above the word Franklin. That was a great thing for Transit to do.

      1. Wow – that’s especially great. I thought that it was a guerrilla art installation. The fact that it is official is really wonderful.
