These are two very fascinating and interesting ATMs that I saw while on my way to the Curlfest event. My favorite graffiti/mural ATM is the one with the painting/picture of the Late Great Rapper Biggie Smalls who lived in Brooklyn. No I do not think Biggie Smalls is or was an Oddball. The use of his image was kinda oddball. Biggie Smalls was one of the Best Rap Artists. Love Tupac also. No East Coast/West Coast rivalry here!
Graffiti is Art in a proper place and context. Some of the best Art in New York is not what’s inside museums but street/urban art. The voice of the people.
Reblogged this on Espiritu en Fuego/A Fiery Spirit and commented:
The Notorious D.A.P. for The Notorious B.I.G.
Biggie Smalls in the House!!
These are great shots! I love urban art.!
Thanks.
Good artists even if it is graffiti – livens up a dull moment.
