This weekend Stephen and I enjoyed having breakfast at The Daily Press located across the street from me in Brownsville, Brooklyn. I am a big fan of their blueberry muffins.
I read an article stating only people with celiac disease benefit from a gluten free diet. However, my neighbor is among many friends who’ve gone gluten free. She doesn’t actually have Coeliac disease, but she reports several health problems clearing up since she dropped glutens including eczema.
I’m not totally gluten free but my Gastroenterology doctor suggested I try adding more gluten free foods to my diet and stop eating wheat bread and wheat based foods. I have digestive issues. I have noticed that when I eat gluten free foods my stomach does not give me problems.

Your stories with your brother always make my heart feel happy. And blueberry muffins make me yummy smile. ❤
Thanks! The vegan ones are especially tasty. I’m going for Vegan and Gluten Free food whenever I can. Stephen enjoys the Breakfast burritos.
