Ragtag Daily Post: Abstract

My art genre is Abstract Expressionism Surrealism.

I always enjoyed creating Collages but after an accident last spring I branched out into acrylic painting mostly as therapy. By being consistent in painting God opened even more extra doors for me to exhibit my artwork.

I’m Grateful and Thankful for God’s Blessings. The Bible says, Ask and you will Receive. I don’t believe in being a starving Artist. That’s a ridiculous idea. Therefore I’m asking that everyone who is able to please donate any amount great or small so that I can keep painting in 2019.

Kwanzaa is derived from the Swahili phrase “matunda ya kwanzaa,” which means “first fruits of the harvest.”

It is a celebration of family, community and culture of those of African descent worldwide, celebrated from December 26 through January 1 of each year.

I wish everyone of African descent who celebrates the Kwanzaa holiday nothing but happiness, joy and inspiration on this special holiday.

Kwanzaa has seven core principles, or Nguzo Saba:
