I love being indoors and not having to contend with slipping and falling. Especially wet slippery subway stairs. Pretty to watch from your house while drinking hot chocolate.
Beautiful to look at from inside, I agree. I still have to go walk to the grocery store in ours. I don’t think we got as much as you did, though. But it’s still coming down so that could change!
When it first started snowing I went to the corner Bodega to pick up some snacks. As the Snow began to accumulate I went out to shovel around 4 PM. Finally it stopped. Glad.
Good plan. I put off going out until it was well underway. Now I’m heading out. As long as it isn’t too cold and/or windy I’ll manage. I might be lazy, though, and take the bus a couple of stops to the store rather than walk it!
Don’t be jealous because several people died and a school bus with special needs children were trapped for at least nine hours. Snow looks pretty but causes injury, accidents, Chaos and death.
Messes up the roadways and over burdens an aging transit system. Shoveling Snow can cause cardiac arrest in older people. Plus traffic accidents. Snow is pretty but deadly.
Lovely! Have a blessed season into another new year!💕💕💕💕
The pictures look great but some disabled children were trapped on their bus for 8 hours. Hopefully the rest of the winter will be mild with no Snow. Happy New Year to you and your family.
Must have been a suffering for those children. So glad nothing more horrible came of it. ❤❤❤
Well there was probably more just not reported in the newspaper. Then there are the People who have heart attacks shoveling Snow. It’s beautiful to look at but dangerous.
Not my weather either. And yes, snow is definitely picturesque.😃
Best experienced inside one’s home with a cup of Hot Chocolate. 😀😁😄😉
I love the first snow of the year!

Be safe.
