One Word Photo Challenge: Elephant
Part III: People, Places & Things
If you want to share a literal image of the actual word, do that. But if you’d rather play with word association, post something that reminds you of the specific word, or something you use the word for, do so. It only has to make sense to you. Have fun and keep on photographing!

This week’s word is Elephant!
Ganesha Mantra to African Drums

Many many years ago I was brought to the the world of ganesha not knowing much of its background but it’s Sunday suppers were the high lite of my week
Now I know what an impact it had to begin my spiritual journey
There are several at the museum but there is one in particular where both visitors and guards leave small offerings. I have often left a few coins and said some prayers for him to remove obstacles in certain situations.

Many Thanks and Much Appreciation and Gratitude!! 🙂
Being a Hindu, we worship Ganesha/ Ganpati daily. He is said to be a remover of all obstacles and brings success. Loved the mantra with the drums in the background 🙂
Even though I was born & raised Christian Ganesha is my favorite Hindu deity. I like to leave small donations at his sculptures when I can.
Wow that is so nice to know that..made me really happy 😊
Reblogged this on Espiritu en Fuego/A Fiery Spirit and commented:
May Gentle Lord Ganesha remove all obstacles from your life.
